Welcome to www.nehasmart.com. Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully. You will be asked to expressly agree to these terms and conditions before you place an order from our website. Confirmation of an order will be taken as you having accepted these terms and conditions.

By using the www.nehasmart.com you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, privacy policy, all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear on the website.

These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “Sale Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Neha's Mart (hereinafter referred to in these Sale Terms as “We, Us, Our”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to in these Sale Terms as “Customer/s”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”) which applies to all purchases of product/s by You from the www.nehasmart.com website (hereinafter referred to in these Sale Terms as “the website”). Other than specially provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between You and Us, these Sale Terms may not be altered, supplemented or amended through the use of any other document(s). Where an order has been placed and there is an attempt to add to, amend or alter the Sales Terms, the order will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written document signed by both You and Us. Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by clicking on the “Submit Order” button represents only an offer of contract.

 

PRICES

Prices are exclusive for the website and are subject to change without notice.

Delivery costs are not included in the prices quoted on the website. See FAQ for Delivery Rates.

All product prices shown on the website are tax inclusive.

Prices are shown in local currency and We will only accept payment for orders in local currency.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment by All Major Credit cards, Local Bank transfers, as well as Cash on delivery for Kingston/St Andrew delivery/ In store Pickup Orders.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders submitted through the website are subject to Our acceptance. We are entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order prior to delivery of item(s), with or without notice and shall not be held liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such circumstances, We shall issue to You a full refund of the item(s) purchased.

 

PRODUCT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

All details, specifications, prices are accurate at time of publication, but are subject to change. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on the website is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services in order to assist Your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colours and covers shown are representative only and may differ from those in Our retail store.

Products are subject to availability. 

If the product is out of stock, We will allow a refund of payment or You may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY RATES 

All online orders placed during the Business week (Monday- Saturday) with no public holiday interference should be received within 1-2 business days after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, delivery may occur sooner.

In the event that Neha' Mart experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day. Accordingly, please allow additional day in transit for delivery. Should your order be delayed in excess of 2 business days, Neha's Mart will contact you via email or telephone.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Neha's Mart delivers Goods island-wide by subcontracting third party vendors and independent Contractors, on business days and, only during the hours 11:00 a.m-6:00 p.m.

Neha's Mart uses a third-party vendors and independent contractors such as Jamaica Post and Knutsford Express to perform deliveries.  By selecting the delivery option at check-out, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your contact information, transmitted to the vendors.

All billing & shipping information must be verified before the order can be processed. You will be contacted via email if your information cannot be verified.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Authorized returns & exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. 

Please send an email to info@nehasmart.com explaining the situation in detail including all of your contact information within 48 hours of receipt. Items eligible for return must be in their original packaging and accompanied by the original receipt. You will receive a call from a Customer Service Representative  to determine the Return Authorization. Only items that are authorized should be included in the package returned.

All orders being returned for exchange or refund must be shipped to Neha's Mart within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or the return will not be accepted. Any credit due will be issued upon receipt.

Please allow 3-5 business days for all authorized returns or exchanges to be processed.

 

CASH REFUND CONDITIONS

Merchandise may only be returned in new, unused, undamaged condition in complete, undamaged original packaging.
